Hi Dietmar,
You can edit the list of available group comparisons and the ones included in your document using the Settings > Document Settings - Group Comparisons tab. We added View > Group Comparisons > Add as a convenience, but it is clear now that we should also add an "Edit List..." item that brings you to the Document Settings form with the Group Comparision tab activated.
Thanks for your feedback.

Dear Brendan, Dietmar,
I am having a similar issue. Despite removing the Group comparisons in Document settings as you suggested above the 'Peak areas' graph is still showing the 2 group comparison. I would like to remove this group comparison in order to get back to the 'replicate comparisons' graph. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Many thanks,

Hi Fiona,
I think you must have a different issue. Group Comparison graphs do not show up in the Peak Areas graph. If you want to get from a "Group By" graph in the Peak Areas view back to straight replicate comparison, then you need to right-click the graph, choose Group By and click Replicate.
Hope I am understanding correctly and that this gets you what you are looking for.
