Title»Add support for storing optimized CE values in a database file like iRT
Assigned To»Brendan MacLean
Type»Todo
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»2.1
At present, in order to use optimized CE values, the calibration data set must be in the current document. It would be a clear improvement to allow optimized CE values to be stored in a database file, the way we are currently doing for iRT values, and used later without requiring the original optimization data to be present. The user interface for this should also allow people to enter or paste optimized values they have obtained through means other than Skyline optimization, as the iRT user interface does.

Probably a good feature to follow-up doing collisional cross section libraries.
